Tbilisi is preparing to host the Global Investors Forum (GIF 2025), a major international economic platform designed to strengthen cooperation between the GCC and Eurasia through a unified investment ecosystem, organised with Eurasia Gulf, AGI Holding, and supported by the ICC, the Embassy of Georgia in the UAE, and the Hong Kong Chamber of Business–Middle East.

Bringing together more than 1,500 participants, 70 institutional investors, and 50 global speakers from over 40 countries on 4–5 December 2025, the forum will feature panels, investment showcases, and matchmaking sessions focused on sustainability and technology, tourism, digital currencies and securitisation, real estate and infrastructure, and agri-tech and food security.

The event will witness the signing of major MoUs and strategic partnerships across clean energy, sustainable technology, medical tourism, smart infrastructure, and digital agriculture, marking a key economic milestone for Georgia and the wider region.

High-profile figures—including Dr Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Dr Tayseer Al Khunaizi, Dr Saadeddine Mneimneh, Aref Alabbar, Arif Anis, John W.H. Denton, Shammas Awad, and Hani Idris—will join senior investors, ministers, and sovereign wealth funds under the theme “Bridges between Continents – From the GCC to Eurasia: Investing in the Future of Global Prosperity.” Speakers will highlight the rising importance of ESG-aligned investment, global financial turbulence, the shift toward digital currencies, and the rapid growth of AI-driven capital flows.

The forum also reflects Georgia’s expanding role as a connector between the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia, supported by strong UAE–Georgia economic ties exceeding USD 6 billion, with the UAE accounting for 63 percent of Georgia’s Arab trade and ranking among its top six global investors. GIF 2025 is expected to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in new agreements, reinforce green and digital infrastructure initiatives, and further position the UAE as a central hub linking Gulf, European, and Asian markets within the evolving global economic landscape.
